Qualifier Results 9/7/2010

After posting 56 scores, Megan Thomas and Nicolette Boros went into a sudden-death playoff to determine Wednesday's 5th position. Both players bogeyed the par 3 number 9 on the first playoff hole. Number 9 was chosen again to continue the playoff. Both players tee-shot was just off the green leaving them both a short pitch shot to the green. Megan's pitch left her a 4 foot putt for par. Nicolette's 20 foot par putt came up a tad short and Megan made her putt. Both girls are to be congratulated for their great play under pressure, we had a crowd watching! Brittany Soucek's 53 earned her the number 4 spot. Kendall Hedgecock will play number 1, Olivia Atwell number 2 and Annabelle Campbell number 3. Wednesday's match is at Vero Beach Country Club against Sebastian River and South Fork at 3:30 pm
